Whether you are looking to burn calories or just blow off major steam after work Body Burn is for you. This class is a high intensity metabolic conditioning class featuring cardio drills, intense intervals and other sweat filled exercises that will keep you entertained plus in shape.
Focusing on strength, muscular endurance and teaching your body to metabolize efficiently. Members can expect intervals with timed rest periods, kettlebell swings, rope slams, medicine ball, and TRX work. Maximize your workouts in this class, train smarter.
Body Strength Clang and bang! This class is built for members looking to step up their game, this class will assist in building more muscle, stamina and strength. Look forward to kettlebell, Bulgarian bag, and Olympic bar work with weight lifting and much more muscle building workouts! X-Factor (Nutrition & Milestones) Regular compositional readings (body fat/lean body mass) and nutrition help will give proper information needed to any exercise program and without it, is most certainly a crap shoot. We help give maximum results, not just sweaty towels. We call this the X-FACTOR!
