This class focuses on fundamentals of boxing and a sequence of exercises; stance, punches, footwork, and defensive skills while working to increase speed, strength, agility, coordination, and endurance. Please come prepared and bring 16 oz. boxing gloves, handwraps, and jumprope.
Coached Run Club
Training for a race is a great way to stay motivated and stick to your fitness goals. Our experts can coach you from a 5K, half or full marathon, at your own pace and injury free. Participants of all levels meet to run. It’s a fun way to learn a new skill while getting a great workout!
