Working as a Health Coach, supporting people to develop healthier lives is the fulfillment of a lifelong passion. I received my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and am certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Integrative Nutrition is the largest nutrition school in the world. It offers the world’s leading Health Coach Training Program™ and teaches over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and cutting-edge coaching methods. Health Coaches from Integrative Nutrition’s world-class training program learn from top experts in the field of health and wellness including Dr. Andrew Weil, Geneen Roth, Dr. David Katz, Dr. John Douillard, Dr. Mark Hyman, and David Wolfe among many others. My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and the importance of preventive care. Drawing on my education and experience, I work with clients to help them make the dietary and lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.

At the heart of everything I do is the belief that anything is possible and your life is a choice. Your health and wellness should not be defined by the absence of disease, but by the presence of vitality, energy, alertness and contentment. I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, working with clients to develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for them. Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

I offer several unique programs to meet your current individual needs. While each program is unique, they all offer:

Two 50-minute sessions per month, or one 30-minute session per week.
E-mail support between sessions.
Recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare.
Coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want.
Informative handouts that will increase your nutrition and self care knowledge.
