Current Fitness Regime:
I play soccer on a Co-ed team once a week. So mixing in speed in agility training with my my strength and circuit training 5 days a week. And endurance runs and hikes the other two days.

Favorite Activity:
Outdoor hard hikes and paintballing is my new thing these days.

For success comes in cans, failure comes in cant’s…so never give up without trying because anything is possible.
