James loves what he does – why? Well simply he has always thoroughly enjoy helping people. The world, especially America is quickly developing an epidemic of obesity. From way too many fast food chains to over sized portions or sitting at a desk job all day, people are just flat out out of shape. Even many who think they are in decent shape, when they have a closer look they realize their lack of flexibility, core strength and cardio vascular stamina. Then there is those who are healthy, but want to increase their overall strength, power and sports performance. James has a proven track record of getting his clients to achieve all of these results.

It is a joy for James to work with people who recognize these things and know they need to do something about it. In his time as a trainer, he has become very good at spotting peoples’ weaknesses and being able to turn them into their strengths. He’s been able to do this even for himself.

You see basketball has always been James’ favorite sport because it’s not a natural talent of his. He has had to work at it every day and is always finding new ways to perfect his game. What he loves most about playing basketball is the interactions between himself and the other players and the strategies he has to use to constantly improve his defensive and offensive tactics. Being able to read and respond to his surroundings on the court has helped him to improve all aspects of his fitness regimens.

When James can help those who work out with him to recognize the same things in themselves and see them make the adjustments and get the results, he feels a great sense of pride and joy. How many people can honestly say that they enjoy their work? James can & does! He loves going to work in sweats or shorts, he gets to stay in shape and help others to shape up, improve their lives, and achieve their goals. And he’s able to work & learn from the best.

James believes that if you can’t find fun in doing something, you shouldn’t do it. This is why he loves what he does and he has fun doing it every day!
