Techniques for Fitness Motivation:
Lead by example. I believe I have to walk the walk and look the part if I’m going to motivate my clients to live a better, healthier life. I must live, believe, everything I am saying and to expect of myself exactly the same behavior that I expect from my clients. I’m direct and honest, but I guide my clients from a place of kindness.
I try to appeal to the power within everybody. If one wants to truly change and it’s in their soul, change will happen.
Current Fitness Regime:
I teach 7 fitness classes a week, sometimes more. My classes are intense and I participate. When I can, I hit the gym fast and hard. Full body workout using free weights and for cardio, I’m an outdoors kind of guy, grab my dog, a kid, and we hit the beach, go hiking, or just play.
Favorite Activity:
Spending time with my friends and family.
Hobbies/Interests:
Working out, hiking, biking, running/walking my dogs, reading, meditating, movies, music, wine tasting and sleeping.
Exercise Philosophy:
Never quit. Never give up. Because if you do, we’ll start over.
