Professional Goals:
My goal is to give the absolute best service possible. I want those who I train to feel as if we have a valued relationship; that we are striving for a common goal of being in the best shape, physically and mentally. I want to teach my clients how to work out not only by using the proper weight, form and repetitions, but also how to obtain the correct intensity, mental focus and self determination that comes with optimal fitness. I pride myself on creating low and high intensity workouts: which are safe and focused workouts. Variety in a workout will give my clients the ability to see improvements in their body. Remember the human body is designed to move and function at a high level. So let’s get it there!
