Who I Am:
Throughout my high school years I continuously gained weight. I took a part time job
at a fast food restaurant and by the time I graduated high school I weighed almost
300lbs. Even though I was uncomfortable with my weight, it took my doctor telling me
that I was at a high risk for diabetes to do something about it. I changed my eating
habits and did cardio, but this only helped for so long. With the help of personal
training, I realized how important resistance training was towards my weight loss. After
one and a half years of consistent hard work, I got down to 175lbs, where I felt
comfortable with my physique. This accomplishment lead me to my career choice of
becoming a personal trainer so that I could help people change their lives just the way I
did.
