Current Fitness Regime:
Competitive powerlifting is the focus of my own training. In addition to working on the squat, deadlift and bench press I attack my weak points with accessory moves to complement the primary power sets. Three or four days per week are devoted to weightlifting with another two or three days spent on cardio work, usually treadmill “hiking” or stationary cycling. Stretching and core exercises are performed almost every single day.
Favorite Activity:
Water skiing, all-terrain “four-wheeling,” horseback riding and paintball combat.
Hobbies/Interests:
Travel, museums, theater, cinema, driving on Northern California roads… Anything to balance a life of athletics and training!
Exercise Philosophy:
Life is getting busier and more stressful every day, so you will have to fight for the physique that you want. Your decision to train is an important step toward achieving better quality of life. Unleash the champion within you!
