Current Fitness Regime:
I am currently training for the cross-fit games in 2011, my workouts are just as intense as they are specific for my needs focusing on all my weaknesses. I train at least 5x a week with a variety of power-lifts and Olympic weight-lifting. I also train in muay thai at 2x a week to switch it up and make sure that i am pushing my limits. When i am not working out i am being physical with my clients coaching and motivating them to their individual goals. I also like to go on long runs and hikes to stay active but also letting my body recover from the beat down i put my body through. Hard is good, as long as there is balance in the programming and the corrective steps are taken to keep yourself from tying your self in knots.
