Techniques for Fitness Motivation:
I ask my client to see themselves at their desired goal. If I can get you to see it in your own my first were off to a good start.
I believe training clients is a lot like raising kids, it’s not one size fits all. Each client has to be seen as an individual and it’s my job to identify the fire within them and bring it out.
Current Fitness Regime:
I usually start my workout skipping rope or riding the stationary bicycle for 15 minutes. I then stretch for a few minutes and then start my workout. The first 45 minutes of my workout consist of supersetting different exercises as box jumps and mountain climbers and then I lift weights for an hour skipping rope between sets.
Favorite Activity:
I love spending time with my 23 year old son and 16 year old daughter. They are regular comedians and they make their dad laugh at himself.
Sometimes I like to spend time in the gym when the gym is quiet working on new routines and testing out new exercises that I can do with my clients making myself a better trainer.
Hobbies/Interests:
I love to golf whenever possible
I love to travel and see new places
I love attending live concerts especially outdoors when the weather is nice
Exercise Philosophy:
As a trainer I cant just talk it, I have to walk it. I have to do and be all that I am teaching. I have to always be my best because trust me, someone is always watching. What kind of example am I setting?
