Current Fitness Regime:
I try to keep a regular workout schedule of 3-4 days a week, which allows me to exercise
each body part twice weekly. Using weights, pull-up bar, Kettle Bells, and doing calisthenics. I also en-
corporate cardiovascular training twice a week, indoors as well as outdoors.
Favorite Activity:
Working out and spending time with family.
Hobbies/Interests:
I’m a self proclaimed do-it-yourselfer. I enjoy building and repairing things from, Auto
Mechanics, to Carpentry work around the house. I love collecting celebrity autographed
photos, and memorabilia. I also like to listen to NPR news & talk radio, and CNN news.
Exercise Philosophy:
I approach fitness with the belief that it’s a life style and very enjoyable. I encourage
others to give it a try and find something they enjoy and use that as motivation to do
